Monday Wash is a boutique statement furniture and home decor shop specializing in the artistic arrangement of beautiful vintage and contemporary textiles on vintage/antique frames. My mission is to rescue, reimagine, restyle and rehome vintage furniture and textiles as functional art. |
So...what's with the name?
In the past, Monday was the traditional day for laundering in order to start the week fresh. When I started this business, my laundry room became my workshop - home to a set of antique upholstery tools and a mid-century industrial Singer sewing machine. Appropriately, even as my business grows (well outside my laundry room), I continue to use those beautiful old items to breathe new life into high-quality furniture that may have seen better days. Here at Monday Wash, old treasures get a fresh start as vibrant statement pieces.
